Vendor Listings and Curation
The CISO Network Vendor Marketplace ("Marketplace") is a curated directory of cybersecurity vendors and service providers. CISO Network reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept, reject, remove, suspend, or modify any vendor listing at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of the CISO Network Terms of Use, failure to maintain a paid listing tier, or conduct that CISO Network determines is inconsistent with the standards and integrity of the CISO Network community.
Inclusion in the Marketplace does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or certification of any vendor, product, or service by CISO Network. CISO Network makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any vendor listing or any product or service described therein.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors who submit listings to the Marketplace represent and warrant that: (a) all information provided in their listing is accurate, current, and not misleading; (b) they have the authority to submit the listing and to grant CISO Network the rights described herein; (c) their products and services comply with all applicable laws and regulations; and (d) they will promptly notify CISO Network of any material changes to their listing information.
Vendors are solely responsible for the content of their listings, including all claims, descriptions, pricing, and contact information. CISO Network is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in vendor-submitted content.
Vendor Tiers and Fees
Access to certain Marketplace features is conditioned on payment of applicable listing fees. Listing tiers (Basic, Premium, Featured) and their associated fees are set by CISO Network and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Failure to maintain current payment may result in downgrade or removal of a listing without refund of any prepaid fees.
Introductions and Demo Requests
The Marketplace facilitates introductions between CISO Network members and vendors. CISO Network acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or relationship that may result from such introductions. CISO Network is not responsible for the outcome of any introduction, demo, evaluation, purchase, or engagement between a member and a vendor. All such interactions are solely between the member and the vendor.
By submitting a demo request, a member consents to CISO Network sharing their name, email address, company, and title with the relevant vendor for the purpose of facilitating the requested introduction.
Third-Party Disclaimer
Vendor listings, reviews, ratings, and other content in the Marketplace are provided by third parties and do not represent the views or opinions of CISO Network. CISO Network does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any vendor claims, certifications, or representations. Members are encouraged to conduct their own independent due diligence before engaging with any vendor.
CISO Network expressly disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from a member's reliance on any vendor listing, review, rating, or other Marketplace content.
CISO Reviews
Reviews and ratings submitted by CISO Network members ("CISO Reviews") reflect the individual opinions of those members and do not represent the views of CISO Network. CISO Network reserves the right to remove any review that violates the CISO Network Terms of Use or that CISO Network determines, in its sole discretion, is inappropriate, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with the integrity of the Marketplace.
By submitting a CISO Review, you represent and warrant that your review reflects your honest, firsthand experience and does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or confidential information.
Vendor Claims and Intellectual Property
Vendors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in their listing content. By submitting a listing, vendors grant CISO Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute their listing content on the Marketplace and in CISO Network marketing materials for the duration of their active listing.
Vendors must not include in their listings any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. CISO Network will respond to valid intellectual property infringement notices in accordance with applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CISO NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO A MEMBER'S OR VENDOR'S USE OF THE MARKETPLACE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON VENDOR LISTINGS, INTRODUCTIONS FACILITATED THROUGH THE MARKETPLACE, OR TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN MEMBERS AND VENDORS.
CISO NETWORK'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO ANY VENDOR ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE MARKETPLACE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL LISTING FEES PAID BY THAT VENDOR TO CISO NETWORK IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
